  • What hours are you in service?
    For the specific hours of service, view the page on the Make an Appointment section of our website. There you will see the hours and days of service along with contact information. Please call us at (206) 202-0742 or email us on our website for further questions.
  • Are you remote?
    We provide telehealth services for both locations.
  • What insurance carriers are you in network with?
    We are in network with commercial insurance carriers such as Cigna (Evernorth), Blue Cross/Blue Shield Regence, Premera, United Healthcare (UBH), Aetna, Optum, and Kaiser Permanente (out-of-network). There is an out-of-pocket option. If you have further questions, please email us at the email address provided on the website.
